Our 2017 fully renovated penthouse “Marbellux Sunrise” with 75 square meters and 120 square meters of terraced areas is located 10 minutes away from the center of Marbella.
Highlights of the facilities are a 200x200cm box spring bed, 2 x 50-inch TV with German programs (living room and bedroom), Fatboy hammock, sky-sun bed, rain shower, a Jacuzzi, a high-quality black kitchen with ceramic hob, oven and microwave.
A 17 x 5 meter swimming pool with pool house is located directly on the property. There are a total of 4 pool facilities for free use in the complex. The lift of the object goes directly to the underground parking space

Wir haben hier zehn Tage verbracht. Die Ausstattung des Appartements ist einfach perfekt, es fehlt an nichts. Herr Martens, war stets für uns und alle Fragen erreichbar. Die riesige umlaufende Terrasse ist einfach super. Durch die Lage am Hang ist man dort absolut ungestört und kann den traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
