The owner lives on the spot in the same urbanization, so that there is a personal briefing and assistance during the stay, should it ever come to a problem. Also, the keys are handed over personally – a great opportunity to get all the information about the object and the region first-hand.

Please note that our apartments are non-smoking apartments. Smoking on the balcony with closed doors is of course possible.
